Snowman Software is proud to announce the release of Version 4.00 in the early summer of 2008.  The key words for this release are USER FRIENDLINESS.  We've added enhancements that our client schools have said would make the program easier to use on a daily basis along with major enhancements to letter merges and email functionality.

The 4.00 release of DaySchool^® includes:

• A connector with Markook^® Class Management Tool to allow one click export of student data to populate this cost effective grading and attendance program
• Enhanced integration with Microsoft Word for more flexibility in document creation with merged data fields
• The ability to merge data fields into fully formatted emails through the use of your own email program in conjunction with DaySchool^®
• Additional salutation fields (with a global update function) to enable each school to define additional labels and salutations to be used by different administrators
• New gift fields to track both donor classification and the name the donor prefers to be recognized as
• New admissions reports to compare data from different years side by side and to view a registration summary during the re-enrollment process
• A new wizard option to create labels and/or letters to students who have enrolled for the upcoming school year
• New Record Create and Record Update fields in contact reports to enable reports of records that have been changed/added in a particular time frame
• The ability to create labels (or letters) for only the youngest or oldest child in a current family
• Zoom buttons to go directly from the application page and gift page to the contact/constituent record
• Instant opening of reports in Excel and the ability to type in a Report Title before printing reports directly from DaySchool^®
• Access protected child Medical/Emergency information
