22 January 2010 -- Snowman Software support was rated tops in 3rd party customer surveys,
and in 2010 we're making it even better - at no additional cost to our schools!  The Customer
Care Center of our website now allows authorized clients to view past webinars and short training
demos on specific functions in DaySchool^® at Get Help.  New training demos are being added
on an ongoing basis so check the website frequently.
